Hey guys!
So today has been much better for me. The girls in my office are keeping me on track as well by watching what I'm eating (which is annoying, but helpful). I ate very well today and hope I can make it all day without eating anything horrible. So things are looking up and I'm excited that I can track everything I'm doing on this site. There is a lot of stress going on at home and work and I am definitely a stress eater, so seeing exactly what I'm doing helps! So positive day today....now lets see about tomorrow :P

Something weird I've heard of people doing is to wear a rubber band around your wrist and when you reach for or think you need something unhealthy, snap it...it snaps you out of it...I've never tried but my advisor swears by it!

That's an awesome idea! I'll do that. Also a girl at my work told me to wrap my midsection with either a wrap or seran wrap when I go to bed, how about that one?

I've never heard of it, but if your stomach feels restricted it should trick it into feeling full??
