Stable at least. Having trouble eating enough on WW. Feels like too much food. Doing pretty good with not eating after 7pm. Late meetings are a problem. Best to all!

Something that helps me during those tempting evening hours is an unsweetened cup of warm herbal (non-caffeinated) tea. There are literally hundreds of flavors from which to choose in most grocery stores, and with a little trial and error, I've managed to find a few that always seem to hit the spot when I'm feeling a little snackish before bedtime. Most have close to zero calories, and it's a good way to go to bed with a warm, full belly. It might make me have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but that's a trade off I'm willing to take!

I like that. Thanks. The other helpful thing is to go to bed at a reasonable hour! Lol!

Thanks for the reminder, Sweeet :-) the evenings can be rough! I'll make some tea and refrigerate it ~ summer can be a bit warm for hot tea!

One brand of teas I particularly like are the Numi Organics "Savory Teas". They're a decaf green tea with dried organic veggies and herbs. It's not quite a soup, and not quite a tea. But with flavors like Fennel Spice, Beet Cabbage, Broccoli Cilantro you can't go wrong! They're good hot or cold!

I will definitely search those out, Sweeet! They sound particularly good for winter (and with 40 lbs to go, I hold no illusion I won't need them by then!).
