Okay! I am totally disgusted with myself. I just can't seem to get back on track. I have gained nearly 7 pounds in the last few weeks. It seems I just want to eat. I started back to the gym last night and I am going to do Pilates tonight. I plan on doing take off for the next couple of days to see if I can get my cravings under control.
