Tried to do 15 minutes of yoga this morning. What do you do when you can't sit cross legged? It's really painful for me in my hip & groin!
I managed to do a couple of core strength exercises but then decided to go back to my 15 minutes aerobic workout, which I managed OK and feel like they are getting a little easier. Not much lol but a bit!
