i am back from my amish vacation. the food was yummy, but oh so bad for me. i managed to stay within my calories one day, but really blew it another day. it is what it is. i have several days before my weigh in on sunday to try to make up for it. i really needed veggies when i got back home so we went out for thai food. we tried a new restaurant and it was great.
i missed breakfast one day and that was such a mistake. i know better than that. but then i couldn't get full and i felt sick.
my back did bother me, but i just sat and didn't shop. that was fine for me because i hate shopping. i got a ride to/from the flea market from/to the hotel. one day i walked it myself. my back really bothered me then. i sat down on a bench at the half way point and that was ok.
i am glad this trip is over and hopefully i won't be doing it again. it is a yearly event with my husband's family. all the cousins get together. well, all the women. i just hate it because they go to this crappy flea market with nothing good.
