wonderful weekend in Jackpot = yes, ate too much, and had 4 cocktails. Even though went over my calories-- did much better than I would have a year ago. Used my points on things I really wanted and watched portion sizes.
In adition - I increase my exercise for the entire week, and got up and went out and hiked up a hill for an hour before we met up with everyone on Saturday morning. This am I did crunches, weights, push ups ect in the room.
Hope it is enough to keep weight at an even keel.
Need to keep it up tomorrow and Tuseday before weigh in.
