Seriously, really, frustrating year so far as the lbs go. I know I couldn't have justt gained almost 2 pounds in a week, so I will try to stay positive about that. I woke up this morning with a committment to my eating and to start moving, P90X may have to wait until I get some cardio time in, otherwise it might kill me. I've got a lot of hard work ahead of me, but for now, I need to focus on one day at a time.
