Today I ended up going to Yoga solo. Actually, I didn't feel like I wanted to die today. That's IMPROVEMENT, baby!
I couldn't do all the funky twisty twirly back bendy my-body-doesn't-move-like-that poses, but I didn't feel sick and I even managed to do some of the big stretchy poses where all of my weight is held mostly in my arms.
So I was quite proud of myself. I think that as I lose weight, and lose some of this gut that tends to physically GET IN MY WAY, this will become easier and more enjoyable.
Exercise sure sucks when you're out of shape, though. I can see how people who are already in shape enjoy it more. I remember I used to.
