I believe i can do magic, Sir.
so i been really watching what i eat, and slowly crawling back under the 85 kilo again where i feel i belong. But there is a strange phenomenon. My body-shape keeps changing. i can see expressive collar-bones, muscles moving underneath a 2mm-thick skin, my tummy getting softer and softer, the bubbles in my arms and legs slinking so i measured me again.
(* bubbles: for those following my journals: it was fat-cells not being addressed yet by the body. seems that if you have a big bulk of fat on your tummy, for a long long time, your body has trouble to evenly get the fat out, and a cell that has already given fat out, is easier to addres, then a cel that has retained all fat. Hence: bubbles. popping is not adviced. *)
12 May (85 kilo) push-ups: 7 above knee in 90o angle: right 45cm left 43cm (dunno why they are not the same) pinch bbq pincher: under bellybutton-fat 4.2 cm, lay-around 14cm.
13 June (85 kilo) push-ups: 15 i mean 19!!! above knee: 44 cm (both) underbellybutton 4.1 cm, lay- around 13cm.
i think i have magically turned some fat into muscle!
