@yfritz, it’s eggplant with some breaded minced shrimp on top. I had a great workout so thought it okay to get some fried takeout food. Thanks for asking! 😊

I’m not but my children are Japanese and Chinese. Fortunately, they have international and diverse tastes in food. There was quite a bit of Japanese cooking at home when they were growing up, and some now too.
