Seabunny's Journal, 19 July 2021

Well, Saturday was fine, but Sunday was my wedding anniversary & he took me out for a meal! I decided on a Sunday roast even in the heat of 30 degrees as I just couldn't see a salad & a celebration!
I had a a glass of pinot grigio blush and thought that's fine for 1 day. Didn't eat the yorkshire pud & only 2 of the 3 roast spuds. Unfortunately the other veg was quite creamy and I did get sucked into a waffle & toffee sauce for pud! The chef/owner at the pub is a friend and out came more drinks on the house!
I won't be weighing today but I have some work to do before Friday to work it off!
I won't however be taking the dogs out for a walk in this heat & am spending a lot of time in the house myself to keep cool.
I may manage a walk later if it cools down.
