Oh so felt like I was going to die during Kickboxing today. It was pretty rough, I'll be honest. But I got smart - I paced myself. I didn't try and kill myself and keep up with the girls who clearly had been doing it for a very long time.
It was either that or pass out. I really didn't feel like being embarassed in front of everyone so I thought this was a good choice. I did keep moving, though.
I'm stunned I made it through the entire hour. The instructor was a MACHINE!
