Ruptured achillies tendon Tuesday playing racquetball, so much for trying to mix up my routine. I have been going to the gym 4 days a week for the last 1.5 years. I was really starting to feel great. I think and feel like I am 25 but my body I guess is telling me differently. I am not sure what happens now but I am pretty sure my life will be a whole lot different for the next several weeks. Right now I am miserable. Trying to rise above it.
