You need to change how you see yourself. Sometimes it's not about the weight but something deep and don't look to much into social media

You have such a tiny waist and due for a size 4 or 6 jeans. I think maybe you need to pamper yourself a bit. This corona delta shmelta business is messing everything up. I would of suggest going for a new hair cut, a mani and pedi and a facial… you look stunning hun❣️It’s definitely something else like Kgasago said. I’m like 90 kgs and still think I’m hot 😂 it’s how you look at yourself. To hell with the media and what other people think. It’s what you think that matters xx

I'm not at your weight but I've lost a good chunk already but it's still not good enough. So I get what you're saying. It's human nature to be hard on yourself. Good luck, I hope you get to the point of content.

I remember not being happy unless I weighed 49kg which was way too thin, so I understand where you are coming from. However it’s not a healthy mindset and can lead to eating disorders, so please start trying to appreciate and celebrate your body and the progress you have made.

Meintjies7 you are one of the people on this app that really inspire me, you are so consistent and ALWAYS support and encourage others on their journey. Sometimes this app is good but can also have the opposite effect as seeing others' drops can leave us feeling differently about our own journeys. Its okay to question ourselves but remember how much you sacrifice and all the hard work you put in, whether you see big results or not, you know exactly how much effort you have to put in every day, so even if the results are slower to show, try and praise yourself for your input and your progress rather than the result. I know this is the challenge and I am a hypocrite as I do it as well, but if you can see the difference and feel great because of it, the scale is just a bonus. I've decided that after my birthday I will only weigh once a month as the pressure to compete with the previous week gives me anxiety, and is in no way healthy. Keep up the amazing work! Love and light 🌼🌻🏋️‍♀️

Thank you to each and everyone of you amazing people for your kind words. Think I was having a bad week mentally, but you all have helped me getting into a better mindset. I look up to all of you and am inspired by all of you. Keep well and stay safe!
