I have made these types of treats many times for my young friend, the marathon runner. Everyone says they are looking for quick easy breakfasts, treats, snacks Think outside the box and do something like this for you and your kids and skip the little Debbie type things. So easy. Anything you put in a smoothie you can put in a Popsicle. Perfectly portion controlled.
