I have to start all over again. Every time I focus on more than one thing at a time I let my dieting go. I don't know what kind of diet I am doing. I am adding veggies and protein shakes. I don't expect to go over 1500 calories a day. Also adding lots of prayer. I saw a picture of my Army recruiter from 20 years ago and thought if I could be fit back then I can be fit now. Here we go.
