yay finally seeing the pounds come off. I am convinced that lowering my carb intake is the way to go. Got up to 253 on January 1st.. Went to the doctor and got prescribed Phentermine-- as a crutch to get me started (which has worked very well in helping me build better habits).. I am needing it less and less these days.
Officially started my new "phase" (like that better than diet) on 1/6, so all this weight loss has been since then
Keep it coming! My goal for the end of the year is 180, but I'm hoping to actually go below that. I think my super goal is 155... but I would be happy just finally falling out of the 200s for the first time in years. I can give myself another year to really kick it up a notch to get to that (toned) 155
