on the path to a new 2021 Personal record for low weight! I have scaled in the diet and activity, remained patient as I made micro adjustments, and then BOOM the metabolism kicked in. even my SNUG pants have a bit of breathing room now! never give up, but never give in, either. every BODY is special and it takes a bit of exploring to find YOUR formula.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
