Long run on Sunday, 15.5 miles, very slow though. Hoping that I didn't eat so much, that it cancelled out the ca;lories burnt!

Weigh-in day is Wed, so we shall see.

WOW - I am truly impressed!! How long did that take you? I am looking forward to the day I can put in some serious miles. Yesterday I did 4.5 but it took me an hour!! I guess when weigh less it may be a tad easier. Congratulations on a great run!!

:0) It took a long time - 3Hrs 10 mins, but it was accross the wilderness, tracks, fields, woods, mud, streams and VERY big hills. Thankfully it didn't rain, which made a change for our Sunday run. I'm getting preped for a race called The Grizzly http://www.axevalleyrunners.org.uk/races/grizzly.htm I was quite fit until early October 2010, but a 7 week virus knocked me for six and I have been struggling with shorter breath and portlier belly :0(
