Was hoping for a bigger number this week. I stuck to my calories, ate right and I worked out hard. I can't complain though. almost 28 pounds since the beginning of the year.
357.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
