I ate my last Garden of Life Organic Perfect Food bar.

I'm not dieting yet, I'm recording my food for 2 weeks so that I can get an honest look at how I eat. I'm fairly certain that I will do the 5:2 Fast diet when I start dieting. In the mean time, I need to be aware of my eating habits, and get back into the habit of tracking my food. When I stop tracking, I'm headed for a weight gain, it's that simple.
