Had a good day, Been sticking very close to the plan. staying in the calories or under. Working out when i can. Spent time with one of the granddaughters today then went to the gym. 1 1/2 hours 4.5 miles. plan is friday, saturday and monday repeat the workout. Also on an awesome note my advocare products came today. Tried the spark a few weeks ago and love it, gives me the energy that I lack. I will weigh in Sunday and see if there are any good results to note this week. Good luck to all my FS pals. We can do this!
