Good day! I'm really loving the scale these days. I'm only 2 lbs away from my first goal. Yeah. For the first time at this weight I don't feel like I'm "just right". I still feel heavy.... which will keep me motivated to lose another 10-15 lbs. Although I'll have to pick a number for the sake of my weight chart, I plan to go by what the mirror shows me. I'll pick 145 as my next goal and see if the mirror says I should stay there or lose more. Even though I'm not working right now (other than part time stuff), my hubby and I decided to join the YMCA for a while. He's a basement bodybuilder and wants more variety to the weight machines; and with my shoulder surgery 3 months old, I should be doing more exercises to get the strength back... and want the oversite of the Y's staff so I don't hurt myself again. We had a membership 3 years ago, but it got expensive, so we bought equipment for home. I still love my treadmill and will continue to use that, but do look forward to some variety; and I may join a class or two... spinning or yoga. And with the Y only being 2 miles away AND with me not working, there really is NO excuse for me.
