Good Morning
so joined 2 new challenges- 100 pushup & squats/day
decided to do sets of 10 Jumping jacks- 10 squats- 10 push ups-10 crunchs- x 10
got them done did 2 sets at a time over the course of 45 min while making breakfast and getting kids dressed etc...
so YEA i got them done-
need to get in the garden and finish that up- hopefully today but maybe tomorrow?
we will have to see what the day brings us
