Yesterday I fell into a mindless eating trap. This is where you get distracted and end up eating a larger portion of something you wouldn't normally eat- the scary part is I wasn't even aware I was doing it until someone pointed it out!!! Thankfully I stopped myself but old habits are hard to die..

Hello, if you are on a low carb diet like I am..I crave salty savory snacks.. so I snack on pork rinds.. yes. pork rinds and flavored sparking water.
no carbs and no calories in the drink.. it works for me!
