I hiked for 3 and half hours! (including breaks, and there were many) we have worked out it is probably about a 15km round trip that we did today, and i think we are going even further next friday, it's crazy because last friay we got to the second checkpoint and i felt like i was literally going to throw up everywhere and so today i kind of expected the same thing and i was kinda semi conciously waiting for the second checkpoint to come because thats when i expected the pain and then all of a sudden we were at the top of fløyen and i was okay, it was crazy! the sick feeling did come back a bit as we hiked a little further but that's okay i figure hopefully the same thing will happen next week and i will go further.
I stayed healthy today buying oranges for a treat and making some lower fat granola bars to put in my lunch box over the week.
fingers crossed i will be down tomorrow!
