So disappointed in this complete nutrition stuff I got. Still nothing more than my own hard work budging my numbers at all. 211 is my weight this morning. They claimed 2-5 pounds a week, I have been busy I hiked 4 miles yesterday, in the mountains. With 4th graders. They are fast, no rest for the large old people! My body is sore and overly tired from the last two days. Trying to up my protein to keep whatever muscle I have made the last few days. I hope that's the right thing to do

Yes, Protein is very important when losing weight so you don't lose muscle especially if you are working that hard.

You are doing great! At least the scale is going in the right direction. There really are no quick fixes and if you are disappointed, just stop using the product. You seem to be doing great without it!

Hard work will pay off. Stay focused and be patient. The drop may not come right away .... but it comes. I have also found there are no quick fixes so my focus is to est clean, good food and stay active. It doesn't happen quickly but it happens. I am in this for the long haul. I am 37 lbs less than I was 7 mths ago and I feel so much better. I prescribe to "slow and steady wins the race" ...... hang in there.

Keep it up, wish I was able to hike and enjoy the outdoors more than just swimming in our pool but health issues just do not permit it at this time but I am hoping when I lose enough I can do it. Remember day by day, results will show. :)
