I don't know who might be reading this so I suppose I'll just be honest with myself and whoever else.
So today I didn't have time for breakfast or a snack at break. I left college early and ate my lunch on the bus at around 12.45. I ate my dinner at around half 6, it wasn't very healthy. I haven't eaten anything else since then.
Lunch -
1 x small mini cheddars
1 ham sandwich on white bread
1 can of diet coke
Dinner -
1 bowl of chicken and vegetable curry
with white rice
2 glasses of diet coke.

I've also been supplementing my meals with Bladderwrack tablets, which are supposed to reduce the amount of fat digested. I've taken two today, one after each meal.

I'm new here and I just wanted to say the food choice dose not seem to bad to me.to be honest it seems very healthy if anything I would have added a few things.you should really make time for breakfast to it will help you to eat less later.sorry if I'm out of line saying anything that I have.ohh and try not to drink to much diet coke I just Hurd on the news that it's not to good unless in moderation.
