Feeling at a bit of a stand still today....weight not changing as quick as i would like and definitely feeling the physical effects of hard work outs.
I started a new work out program on monday and it is now Thursday and I can still barely get up and down stairs due to the pain in my legs. How long does it take to start feeling normal agian. My work outs this week have been less then admirable due to the pain. I feel like changing things up was a mistake because now i am unable to put forth the effort I so want to put out. I dont know what to do...do i stick with this new work out as it is challenging my body, or do I go back to what I was doing before, where I felt comfortable. I just dont want to hurt any more!
For now I guess I just keep waiting for the pain to go away!!!!

They always say no pain no gain. As far as I know you should do your program for 3-4wks then change it up to shock your body. If you do too much of the same routine your body anticipates it. Surprise it once a month! Your doing great, stay positive and try to push through the pain. They say it gets easier as time goes on.
