So I am only eating when I am for sure hungry. I am a "snack cuz I'm bored" kinda girl. I ate three meals yesterday, one healthy snack, and one not so healthy snack. I still didnt break 1400 cals. I that not enough cals for me? I think seeing nutritionist might be a good idea. I dont want to loose weight the wrong way and slow my metabalisum. I was hungry at 4pm and didnt snack, so I ate diner at 530, a lil early. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and I felt good after I ate it. not too full. I was hungry again by 8 and didnt want to eat a bunch so I had unsweetened apple sauce. I dont feel like I am doing a bad job. But I do want to be healthy.

Breakfast!!!! A small bowl of ceral and 1/2 cup milk will give you about 300 calories! I had to start forcing myself to eat breakfast, but it really helps. If you skip meals, you are "starving" your body and it will store the fat you are trying to lose. Good luck!

definitely breakfast. Plus try and eat something every 3 hours. that'll add calories too. I don't think you're eating enough calories, which can make it even harder to keep up in the long run. You'll get frustrated and binge, OR you wont' have anywhere to go down when you plateau. Try eating more.
