ugh...went running this morning expecting to run 6 miles...I barely made 3. My legs felt like lead this morning. I think it is because I didn't eat the best yesterday. i had no supper (ok I had a hard boiled egg..but really is that dinner? I don't think so) So I think I paid the price this morning. I have 2 more weeks until my 10 miler and I am starting to think I may die before I cross the finish line. I am going to make a good lunch in a few minutes and then hopefully I will run the rest of the 3 miles this afternoon. I am starting to hate running! :) Well I am off to make a yummy lunch and then cross your fingers that I put the running shoes back on. I am almost convinced that it might be better to complete my run tomorrow and then just walk some this afternoon. If anyone knows how to add some weeks to the calendar I would like a few extra weeks in March so I can feel better about my run in April. :)

You'll be fine. A lot of times we think we can't do something because our brain doesn't really want to do. But we can. Just gotta shut that part of your brain up. If you start to feel pain when you run, that's another story. But you just gotta keep going! You'll be fine.
