Why isn't sex included in exercise?? Badminton and shoveling are included but not sex? Just a thought..

Haha, I hear ya. I usually count it by how hard I work! Light calisthenics or heavy.

Hahaha!! I think we've all wondered this from time to time. Suggestions (depending on how "strenuous" your exercise was): calisthenics, exercise machine, horseback riding (haha), or maybe pilates. I dont' know what it means by "conditioning exercise"...
