what the heck! I did so good yesterday. I barely broke 1200 cals. I hoped on the scale this AM and it said I gained 1.5 lbs!!! That better be water. I know I did bad this wkend, but come on! Its good motivation I guess cuz I worked out hard today. I am sore already. what eva, tomorrow is another day. I am uping my water and maybe that will flush out some salt. Happy hump day everyone!!!
181.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you're getting enough calories during the day. It seems counter-intuitive, but if you don't eat enough your body will actually retain water/fat/etc. Most of that weight is probably water. Don't get discouraged. Just keep trying! Stick with it this week, and at your next weigh in I'm sure you'll be right back on track!

What lmc5238 said - you don't want your calories to be too low, or your body will go into starvation mode, which means it'll start storing anything it can!

I looked back and my cals totaled 1400. I wasnt super hungry just missed breakfast. I wasnt eating that low on purpose. It was just a busy day. I work on my feet all day and finding time to get in those snacks is hard. I was bummed about falling off the wagon over the wkend and wanted to see just a bit of progress. I am waiting to weigh in again, maybe if i give it a day or so, i can see that water dissapate.
