I was shocked! but happy! hoping this downward trend continues 💪😊
226.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you all so much!!! I think what's helped me a lot this time around is I didn't set crazy goals for myself. I've finally realized that this weight didn't come on overnight, so it's not going away overnight. I am having everything in moderation and working out when I can. I so appreciate the encouragement and nice words!🤗 You guys are awesome! I wish you all the best on this journey😁
