Hello to all you proud fighters! Tommorrow I will apply for the first time the trick for lighter spaghetti, that is I already boiled and refrigerated it! I am excited about that information about how healthier carbs become this way,and even more diabetic-friendly,as my sister is diabetic and I myself am too sensitive on insulin fluctuations (maybe even pre-diabetic,but not officially). So,tommorrow I'll cook that wholemeal spaghetti as an inspired carbonara, with mushrooms-bacon-turkey and graviera cheese. As you may notice,I haven't beaten my food addiction yet,and don't know if I will soon...The fact that I am concerned about what tommorrow's meal will be makes it more than clear.I have a long history of eating disorders, starting with an almost lethal anorexia at 14 and switching anorexia with orthorexia and bulimia,in turns, most of my life. At this point I feel that i am recovering, from an 1 year long bulimic phase, with a lot of effort, and a deep feeling of solitude. Thank God i finally recognize to me some progress, and I feel lucky to be able to share it with you,I have nobody else to open up about it. Thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart. Let's all be strong, let's all help one another.
