I don't get it, 2 weeks now without anything happening, no matter if I eat 1200 kcal or 1400 kcal... Why?

Just because you don't see a change on the scale, doesn't mean your body composition isn't changing. You may be losing fat but don't yet see it on the scale. But you can change things up to help get the scale moving again. The best way to do it is through food changes or exercise. If you don't exercise, start. If you do, change it up. Our bodies get used to the same things all the time. Up your protein. Start your morning with high protein to kick start your metabolism. Get in plenty of fruits and veggies. Lean Dairy helps reduce body fat. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones. Just getting more active can help. What ever you do, don't quit. The scale will move again.

Thank you! I get so impatient sometimes... :) I started biking to work today, hope that will change things a bit.
