Well This week has been a real eye opener. I started getting back to the gym on Monday and I really want to make this a habbit of going almost every day. I lift weights and do cardio on alternating days. I am going to do my best to workout after work, which should be easy since I drive right by the gym on my way home.

Great start Perezbr's!!! I wish you luck and all the best. You ca do it! Dont be too hard on yourself though. Your body needs time to adjudt to new challenges (the gym) and of course it needs to REST. Take it slow and build your strength and time in the gym up. It's OK to go to the gym every other day :))) Just listen to your body. and take extra days off without feeling guilty.
