Whats a girl to do !!!
When you breastfeed it is important to drink a lot of liquids. I would suggest to drink a glass of milk or green tea brewed with hot milk and a whole grain toast with a piece of cheese in between your meals. That will jump your calories to your desired level and improve your "milk flow" as well (tested on myself). Good luck
