doing really well this week
walked every evening after dinner so far
walked some at every lunch time
and I have been eating well - not way too little like a couple of weeks ago
I probably won't walk again this evening because there's a lacrosse game and a band meeting for my oldest
I better walk at lunchtime
also this week i added a commitment to do some strength exercises 4 days a week - did some stretchy cord stuff twice already

Dcwalker, I notice you mentioned eating too little. I think that may be my problem. I was on the Atkins induction for 2 weeks and only lost 5#. I was so disappointed since I stuck to the diet very strictly. But my calories didn't even add up to 1000 each day. Was I eating too little? I just changed to South Beach but still feel like I'm eating too little even though I'm not hungry. Any suggestions?
