Day 8 - The 17 Day Diet: 135.6 Happy Valentine's Day everyone! One complete week on this diet and total weight loss is -1.2 lbs. I'm getting discouraged. That's about what I was losing before I started this as a "jump start" to my program. I'll keep at a few more days at least.

993 kcal Fat: 27.30g | Prot: 109.91g | Carb: 81.86g.   Breakfast: clementine, ground turkey, pink grapefruit, egg. Lunch: caesar dressing, cod fillet, yellow bell pepper, baby lettuce, baby spinach, Sweet Onions, romaine lettuce. Dinner: zucchini, brussel sprouts, frozen, italian salad dressing, orange roughy,  mozzarella cheese, yellow bell pepper, baby lettuce, baby spinach, Sweet Onions, romaine lettuce. more...
