Day 7 - The 17 Day Diet: 135.6 (-1.2 lbs.) After today I will have been on this diet an entire week, I can't believe I've only dropped 1.2 lbs. I was doing that well just doing my own thing which included oats and brown rice, and multi-grain bread, etc. I'm still hoping for a big drop in weight soon. The whole purpose of trying this "diet" was for a quick jump-start on my weight loss. I was losing about a 1 pound a week before, and I really wanted to get close to my goal by early April. Big, huge plans for early April, I'll let you in on that later. . .
