Day 20: I'm not sure why I'm not losing as much weight as the first 2 weeks... I haven't exercised a lot, but I've been eating very healthy and I've been busy with housework, painting walls and working with wood... No idea :/

That's why! All the stuff you're doing, including your diet. No mystery! :)

when you start, you will often lose a lot because of water weight and it's a "shock" to the system to change your patterns. After that weight loss will level off and average. It's that simple.

Don't eat more than you expend. If doing housework isn't getting your score about the amount of calories you are eating, you will not lose weight.
Maybe dance to music while you do the house work. That will burn more calories :)

Yes, first week or two is mostly water. Then you settle down to a pound or so a week. Some weeks it's more and others less. Sometimes you stay the same and other times you gain (and curse the scale). All is normal.
