Ouch. Had a rough night emotionally last night...had a big fight with some people close in my life. Ate uncontrollably and feel incredibly guilty and terrible about it. Won't happen again. I've come to damn far to start pulling this crap. I apologize to myself, and to my body.

Katielady...don't beat yourself up, if you do then those people will win. Just regroup today and take back control. You are doing an awesome job and don't let others stop you from achieving your goal.

I agree, beating up on yourself is counterproductive! It happened. If those folks are close in your life it will either pull you closer together as you reconnect or you'll decide to distance. It is so difficult to disengage "automatic pilot" coping strategies when we are stressed. Today is another day ... keep your chin up and be kind to yourself!!

I agree with everyone's comments, you do sound like you are very determined and don't let them win. Just dust yourself off and remember today is another day and yesterday shall pass. You are doing wonderful by looks of your chart - keep up the good work!
