I have been unable to work out the past two days due to an injury at work. I am going to the gym tonight and see how it goes. I have still lost two pounds since Thursday. I also had my doctor do some blood work to make sure I am not over doing it, due to all the negative feedback I have gotten about how I am dieting (only 1000 calories a day,) My doctor said my blood work is better than it has ever been. He also said that the Way I am dieting is perfect. The only way the body will go into (starvation mode)is If the digestive trac empties completely out. And even then it does not happen right away. As long I keep something moving through my system the calorie count is not that important. He did advise not to go to far below 1000Cal/day.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
