I am 39 years old from Lake City Florida, married with 2 beautiful children and a beautiful loving wife. I have been between 240lbs and 250lbs for about 6 years now and am tired looking and feeling the way I do. My goal is 200lbs and then re-evaluate myself. I have allot of muscle so somewhere between 190lbs and 200lbs should be ok. BTW cool website!!
