Had my first meal all planned out, but just decided to skip it, and continue fasting. As of this weigh-in, i have been fasting for 34 hours.
Yesterday after work i began putting in a vegetable garden hauling topsoil for 3 hours.
Will be at it again after work, so we will see how well I hold up. :)
I should note I have been taking supplements/vitamins, electrolytes, and BCAs throughout the day.
