Had my first meal all planned out, but just decided to skip it, and continue fasting.
As of this weigh-in, i have been fasting for 34 hours.

Yesterday after work i began putting in a vegetable garden hauling topsoil for 3 hours.

Will be at it again after work, so we will see how well I hold up. :)

I should note I have been taking supplements/vitamins, electrolytes, and BCAs throughout the day.
271.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All I take is Magnesium, and I drink a total of about 1 tsp. of salt, spread over several cups of water. The hardest part of a fast is the beginning! How long are you planning to fast? The first 4 days are the hardest, as your body switches from burning the food you eat to burning the fat you have stored.
