Heading down again, which is good and reassuring after yesterday's shock.
In other news, I'm about to be running around like a chicken with my head cut off. The play I'm producing has kicked into high gear, and I've got theatre events almost every day of the week for the next month, after which I'll be in high-gear festival mode! I might not manage to get all my food logged or exercise videos finished, but I swear, I'll be walking miles each day, lifting a large weight of flyers, posters, props and set pieces, and bribes in bottle form for various reviewers along with me. I'll be getting a workout, and then some!
