Feb 11, I get up at 300am get ready for work, I start the day with all my vitimans, and drink 12 oz of water, I stop drinking coffee,and started drinking hot lemon water 12oz. at 530am Iam at work, at a desk. I eat Fatfree yogurt, hand full of blue blue berrys, I have just small things to eat just to keep the hunger away, diet Bars, almonds,More water, a big jug.I really want to keep my cal down enough to shrink my intake. I also have apples to eat and a avacoto. NO! diet sodas. flavoerd waters will take the place of pop.
