So...I woke up today not because I chose to...I got a call from my brother in law. They were evicted awhile back but they were going back to get their belongings and they needed my help to drive the rental truck. So I got up and all that lovely stuff and helped them out. I was going to work out tonight but I am pooped since I helped move boxes and such...and that included walking up 3 flights of stairs. I dunno...since I will be up late...I might just throw in the cardio that I am supposed to do. I feel guilty.
