Yum! I think I’ll have pizza a second day in a row tomorrow because that looks so good! I only had a slice today lol after not having it for at least a month I think. So great to see that you’re fitting treats into your plan and still maintaining your loss!

Once in a while I do have your Pizza and enjoy it don't deprive yourself afterwards we don't gain it all back in a day and we don't loose in a day is what we have to keep mind and not let it become habit one thing I changed was binge eating all day for an entire day or so called cheat day I now have a cheat meal while eating good throughout the day works much better and doesn't upset my stomach😉
